We are delighted to announce another long-term investment for Property Index!
Introducing Windsor Place. This prestigious building consists of affordable office spaces, spanning over three floors, based right in the heart of the city centre.
Thank you to Andrew Gibson of Cushman & Wakefield and Owen Young from Alder king who assisted us with the purchase, and of course our funders and members of our legal team.
We have fantastic plans for the building, and really proud to be able to contribute to the ever-growing Cardiff city centre!
