Finished in 2021, but now sold to Cardiff City Council.

A deal that’s taken over 8 months to put together, but now finally we hand over the keys with vacant possession for the buildings next chapter.

We decided back in July 2024 that we wanted to sell the asset due to our strategy of developments we have coming up, and the typical asset class we are now aiming for, and with that 11-15 Howard Gardens didn’t fit our criteria any longer.

We would like to say a massive thank you to our team who worked tirelessly over the months working towards completing the deal. We would also like to thank Gareth Watts of Knight Frank for putting the deal together and all the other 3rd parties for their contribution towards making it happen.

We’d also like to wish Cardiff Council the best of luck with their plans for the building.
